Particiants may chose to register in one or more events. Participant must register once (follow 'Registration Instructions' below) and no individual registration to any event is necessary. The following list of events is for your quick reference.

    Registration Instructions


    The registration to this event is a two step process:

    Step 1. Fee Payment: [ TBU ]
        a) All payments are to be made through the following link only: Payment [ TBU ]
          Choose the payment category as 'ICON 2021' from the drop-down menu.
        b) Participants must fill in the required details on the Payment page before paying the respective fees (in INR only).
        c) Participants registering for multiple events must add the respective fees for those events and enter the total amount (in INR only) in the 'Registration Fee' field on the payment page.
            (The above list of events may help you to select the events you want to register for as per your interests).
        d) On successful payment, a payment reciept from the bank will be generated which the participants must preserve for future reference. The DU reference number in the Payment Receipt will be required in the next step ('Participant Registration').

    Step 2. Participant Registration: [ TBU ]
        a) The registration of participants is being handled through SoftConf. Click on the following link to proceed with the registration: Registration [ TBU ]
            (On clicking on the link, if it shows you are already logged in, kindly logout, otherwise you won't be able to proceed).
        b) You will find the 'For participants' section on the left side of the main page after clicking on the above link. Proceed with the registration as instructed.
        c) You will be required to put the Amount paid and DU reference number from step 1 during the registration.
        d) On successful submission of the participant registration form, the Registration process is complete.



    NOTE: [ TBU ]


        i) All payments are to be made in INR only.
        ii) VISA/MAESTRO debit cards are not accepted by the payment system.
        iii) Payment conversion of US Dollars into Indian Rupees @ 1 USD = INR 73.76 (as per conversion rates on 4 December 2020).
        iv) For each accepted paper, at least one author of the paper must register for the conference.
